Future of LaneTerralever Shines Bright as E.B. Lane and Terralever Each Named 2013’s “Best Places to Work”

PHOENIX (Dec. 13, 2013) – E.B. Lane and Terralever, which merged earlier this year to form marketing powerhouse, LaneTerralever, have each been named as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for 2013.

E.B. Lane, which boasts its fourth consecutive year achieving this title, is joined by Terralever in the ranks of this accomplishment – a step to solidifying the foundation of success for LaneTerralever.

“This is an exciting time for us to join forces,” said Chris Johnson, founder of Terralever and current president of LaneTerralever. “We are appreciative of this recognition which we know is a result of the people who have helped cultivate this dynamic work environment.”

“Best Places to Work” is based on employee surveys that measure overall satisfaction, employee engagement, management communication and leadership roles. LaneTerralever strives to create an enjoyable corporate culture and work environment that fosters personal and professional growth for its employees.

Both companies encourage continuing education and wellness with monthly lunch-and-learn seminars. E.B. Lane brought in several tons of snow for a holiday party and Terralever hosts regular happy hours for its staff. Employees also enjoy fun office perks including a basketball hoop, Nerf guns, foosball table and an inviting area set up as a living room, Xbox 360 included.

“Consistent recognition as a ‘Best Place to Work’ helps us continue to attract and retain the best talent locally and nationally,” said Beau Lane, CEO of LaneTerralever. “We take pride in providing our employees with an environment that fosters the best in creativity and smart thinking for our clients.”

In October, digital firm, Terralever, and advertising and public relations agency, E.B. Lane, announced that the two organizations had merged to create LaneTerralever. Total number of employees in the new agency is more than 100 and total capitalized billing is approximately $100 million.
