Chernoff Newman crafted messages and created a brand platform that signified a personal experience with our
Chernoff Newman was retained by the University of South Carolina
Alumni Association to develop a strategic plan and launch a
campaign for the Alumni Association.
The strategy was to provide testimonials from other alumni that provoke former students to remember what the
university experience meant to them.
As a result of the campaign, the Alumni Association added 3,000 members, increased their revenue by five percent, hired a senior director of membership and increased their annual membership retention rate from 64 percent to 68 percent.
